On the page of the message that interests you:
  1. Click "Inquire Now";                     Select to:Inquire Now 
  2. Fill out the inquiry form; 


  3. Click "Send" .

As you browse a page, check the companies that interest you, or Add to Basket to continue searching other pages.

When you are ready to make your inquiry, simply click Inquire Now to fill in the short form and add your message. Your inquiry will be sent immediately to all the suppliers that you selected.

 Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart that allows our buyer and paid supplier members greater convenience when searching or browsing Craftsources.com.



Simply check items of interest and then click "Add to Basket." You can add up to a maximum of 38 items to Inquiry Basket and continue searching. When you are ready, you can send all your Inquiries simultaneously.

Note:
All items in your Inquiry Basket will be lost if you close all Craftsources web pages. Please send your inquiries before you close your browser.
How can I get feedbacks efficiently?

    1.  First of all, please ensure that your telephone number and email address is correct.
    2.  Please add a brief introduction of yourself. Please identify whether you're a broker or buyer.
    3. When requesting quotations, please clarify the quantity of your order.
    (Please note: A short or incomplete message is usually considered a non-serious inquiry)

    We suggest that you try acting on some of the following recommendations to improve your responses on Craftsources.
    1. Check your email box or My Craftsources Message Center regularly and reply the message timely.
    2. our inquiries may lack detail. Consider whether your potential business partners might require more information than you have provided.
    3. Try to send your inquiries to more specific traders such as Craftsources's China Supplier Premium member and TrustPass Vip member These are members of the Craftsources community who have passed a basic Authentication and Verification test and additional confirmation of legitimacy and quality.
    4. Add a product picture to your inquiries to let supplier know your purchase need clearly.
